Why barbeque?
Having always had a passion for good food done simple, we followed a “craving” for what we liked the best. Barbecue. It is one of the foods that put North Carolina on the map in the culinary world. Keeping true to its foundation, we smoke using only hardwoods and charcoal. No gas here. All of our rubs, seasonings and sauces are hand crafted. We smoke em low and slow and keep the flavor of the meats as pure as possible. Coming from a long line of cooks, and working in the field for 17 years, we want to take a different path. Slow it down some and enjoy the ride. The end result is some good “que”. We hope you enjoy our craft and keep us in mind for whatever your catering needs might be.
