Pulled Pork - It just doesn’t get any better than this. We mix up a special concoction of herbs and spices. Slather the Boston Butt with a heavy dose of this dry rub and then wrap it up and let the spices work their magic. Half a day later, the marinated meat goes into the pit for a nice, long slow cook at 225 degrees. Once its fall of the bone tender, it’s pulled and dusted again with the rub. Eat it as a sandwich or as a plate. Whatever you like!! Normal portions are 2-3 people per pound.





BBQ Ribs – This is what we call eating!! Pork Ribs only, none of that Beef nonsense. We hand trim each and every slab of ribs. Next we douse them in a secret sauce and then heavily season them with our rub. They immediately go into the smoker and slow cook for 5 hours. They are tender but still have some “bite” to them. Served with another dusting of our BBQ Rub and slathered with Hawg Sauce. A rack normally feeds 2-3 people.

Smoked Chicken – Think of a really good beer can chicken, or even a great rotisserie bird. Take that and let us show you what Great Smoked Chicken tastes like. Seasoned with a special spice blend and then smoked until it’s the perfect blend of moist, smoky and tender. Mmmm Mmmm Good. A whole chicken feeds 3-4 folks.

Porktopia- This is really heaven all rolled up in one bite. Stuffed Italian Sausage wrapped in bacon.

BBQ Baked Beans – Scratch made with just the right amount of stuff to make them not your ordinary beans. And oh yeah, there’s about a ton of sausage in there too. That never hurts.

Corn on the Cob - Boiled and dusted with our Dry Rub. Little bites of Heaven.

Signature Cider Slaw – A vinegar based slaw that is the perfect complement for our pork. Tangy, sweet, crunchy.

Potato Salad - It’s “make you slap your momma” good. Enough said.
